The pairings have been released for the 2025 Basketball Capital Classic, to be played in Lawrence County on Nov. 28-29. Three teams from the Little Illini Conference are in the eight-team field: Lawrenceville, Mt. Carmel and Olney.

Again this year, the tourney will be co-hosted by Lawrenceville and Red Hill. Four teams are assigned to pool play at each site. At Lawrenceville, the host Indians will be joined by Olney, Salem and Vincennes Lincoln, Ind. At the Red Hill site in Bridgeport, the host Salukis will welcome Mt. Carmel, Fairfield and Teutopolis.

Two rounds of pool play will be held on Friday, Nov. 28, followed by the final pool games on Saturday morning, Nov. 29. The championship games will follow later in the day at Lawrenceville, beginning at 3 p.m.
