The Little Illini Conference has released its’ All-Conference girls basketball team for the 2025-26 season, as chosen by league coaches. They selected a first, second, and Honorable Mention team.

Mt. Carmel, which won both the regular-season and LIC tournament championships, and Paris, which advanced the farthest in post-season play (to the Class 2A Sectional title game) both led the way with four selections. Newton and Olney, tied for third place in the final standings, along with Robinson, were next with three picks each.
