The pairings have been announced for the Little Illini Boys Basketball Tournament, which will be hosted by Robinson High School.
Lawrenceville (16-1) received the No. 1 seed for the eight-team tournament that begins on Saturday, Jan. 24. There was a tie between Paris and Robinson for the No. 7 and No. 8 seed spots. There was a coin toss conducted between the two Athletic Directors involved (Creighton Tarr of Paris and Tara Apple of Robinson with Athletic Secretary Sherry Heidorn serving as witness. Robinson won the coin toss, therefore the Maroons will be assigned the No. 7 seed and Paris will be assigned the No. 8 seed.
